Paradice Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Effective Date: 14 May 2026
This Deposit & Withdrawal Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral and inseparable part of the Paradice General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) of Paradice.game (“Paradice,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, using, depositing funds into, or withdrawing funds from the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Policy together with the General Terms & Conditions, Bonus & Promotions Policy, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, AML/KYC obligations, and all other applicable Company policies.
1. General Principles
Paradice supports multiple deposit and withdrawal methods, which may include cryptocurrencies, blockchain assets, local payment systems, bank transfers, e-wallets, cards, alternative payment rails, or other approved Payment Methods as made available from time to time in the Payments menu. Available Payment Methods may vary depending on jurisdiction, regulatory obligations, account status, operational requirements, technical limitations, or provider availability.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all deposits and withdrawals are conducted exclusively through Payment Methods, wallets, bank accounts, financial instruments, or payment channels legally owned and controlled by you. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
Paradice assumes no responsibility for the loss of funds resulting from user error, including but not limited to incorrect wallet addresses, unsupported blockchain networks, invalid banking details, mistaken payment instructions, unsupported payment channels, technical misuse, incorrect beneficiary details, loss of private keys, or failure to comply with payment instructions.
1.1 Restricted Jurisdictions
Paradice accepts players from most jurisdictions worldwide. However, it is the sole responsibility of each player to ensure that online gambling is legal in their country or region before creating an account or placing wagers.
Access to the Services is prohibited where restricted by law, Anjouan licensing requirements, AML obligations, or Company policy.
Access to Paradice services is strictly prohibited for users located in, residing in, or accessing the platform from the following restricted jurisdictions, including, but not limited to:

If it is determined that a player has accessed the platform from a restricted jurisdiction (including via VPN, proxy, location masking, false registration, circumvention tools or similar technologies), Paradice reserves the right to block, delay, reverse, suspend, or void deposits and withdrawals, suspend or terminate the Account, void wagers and winnings, and return deposits only where legally permitted.
2. Deposits
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Paradice may support multiple Payment Methods as displayed in the Payments menu, including fiat payment systems, cryptocurrencies, local payment solutions, bank rails, cards, or alternative methods. Supported Payment Methods may be added, removed, restricted, suspended, or modified at the sole discretion of Paradice.
2.1.1 Cryptocurrency-Specific Conditions
Where cryptocurrency deposit options are offered:
- Only supported cryptocurrencies, networks, and tokens displayed in the Payments menu may be used
- Unsupported blockchain networks, incorrect smart contracts, incompatible tokens, or cross-chain transfers may result in delayed, rejected, or irreversible loss
- Blockchain-specific confirmation requirements apply
- Cryptocurrency volatility and network fees remain the player’s responsibility unless otherwise stated
2.1.2 Fiat / PSP-Specific Conditions
Where fiat or PSP Payment Methods are used, players must comply with all payment instructions, banking references, PSP requirements, and account ownership obligations. Incorrect beneficiary data, payment references, unsupported transfer types, or provider restrictions may result in delayed, rejected, or lost deposits.
2.2 Minimum Deposit Amounts
The minimum deposit amount is USD 20 (or equivalent in other supported currency, cryptocurrency, or Payment Method) per transaction unless otherwise stated.
Each Payment Method may have specific minimum deposit thresholds displayed in the Payments menu. Deposits below posted minimums may not be credited and may be irrecoverable depending on Payment Method or network.
2.3 Accuracy of Deposit Instructions
All deposits must strictly comply with the payment instructions provided by Paradice.
Where cryptocurrency payment options are used, deposits must exactly match the amount displayed in the Paradice-generated deposit invoice, payment request, or QR code. Deposits sent with altered, rounded, underpaid, overpaid, or otherwise incorrect amounts may not be credited and may be delayed, rejected, or irretrievably lost.
For non-cryptocurrency Payment Methods, players are solely responsible for ensuring that all beneficiary details, routing instructions, payment references, transfer notes, banking details, and payment data are complete and accurate.
Paradice shall not be liable for lost, delayed, misdirected, or uncredited deposits caused by incorrect player instructions.
2.4 Deposit Confirmations & Processing
Deposits are subject to applicable processing requirements, including but not limited to:
- Blockchain confirmations
- Banking settlement
- PSP approval
- Fraud review
- AML screening
- Security review
- Technical processing
Processing times may vary depending on the selected Payment Method, provider conditions, and external network factors.
2.5 Prohibition of Third-Party Deposits
All deposits must originate exclusively from Payment Methods, wallets, bank accounts, or financial instruments legally owned and controlled by you.
Deposits originating from third parties, unverifiable sources, anonymous channels, sanctioned entities, or suspicious payment sources may be blocked, delayed, reversed, withheld, or reported in accordance with applicable law and AML obligations.
2.6 Volatility, Conversion & Display
Balances may be displayed in fiat-equivalent values for convenience purposes only.
Transactions are processed according to the selected Payment Method. Cryptocurrency transactions may be subject to exchange-rate volatility, blockchain congestion, gas fees, or network fluctuations. Fiat and PSP transactions may be subject to provider conversion rates, intermediary fees, settlement timing, or banking charges.
Paradice shall not be liable for losses resulting from exchange fluctuations, provider conversion rates, intermediary deductions, or network costs.
3. Withdrawals
3.1 Eligible Payment Destinations
Withdrawals may only be processed to Payment Methods, wallets, bank accounts, or financial destinations verified as legally owned and controlled by you.
Paradice reserves the right to reject, restrict, delay, or cancel withdrawals to:
- Third-party destinations
- Anonymous payment channels
- Unsupported wallets or payment systems
- Restricted jurisdictions
- Unverified payment destinations
- High-risk financial channels
3.2 Wagering Requirement
All deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time prior to withdrawal. Paradice is a gaming entertainment platform, not a financial intermediary, and deposits are intended solely for gameplay purposes.
If a withdrawal is requested without satisfying this minimum wagering requirement, up to ten percent (10%) of the unwagered deposit amount may be withheld to cover payment processing, administrative, fraud-prevention, and AML compliance costs.
In addition, all bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements as set forth in the Bonus & Promotions Policy. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the cancellation of withdrawal requests, forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, or other actions deemed necessary by Paradice in its sole discretion.
3.3 Same Method Principle
Where operationally, legally, technically, and compliance-wise possible, withdrawals will be processed using the same Payment Method, currency, or substantially equivalent destination used for deposit.
Paradice reserves the right to alter withdrawal methods, routes, or destinations for fraud prevention, AML, technical, legal, security, or operational reasons.
3.4 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawal Limits
The minimum withdrawal amount is USD 50 (or equivalent in other supported currency, cryptocurrency, or Payment Method) per transaction.
Each Payment Method may carry unique minimums, maximums, provider thresholds, network restrictions, or jurisdictional limits displayed in the Payments menu.
Paradice reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, monthly, promotional, operational, or risk-based withdrawal limits.
3.5 Processing Times
Withdrawal requests are subject to internal review and security checks. The standard processing timeframe for withdrawals is generally up to two (2) business days; however, depending on the withdrawal method, completion of KYC/AML procedures (where required), security verification, payment provider review, or other reasonably necessary fraud, compliance, operational, or risk-management factors, Paradice reserves the right to extend processing times up to ten (10) calendar days, subject to applicable law.
3.6 Installments
For withdrawals exceeding USD 500, Paradice reserves the right to process withdrawals in multiple installments.
Installment schedules may be adjusted at the sole discretion of Paradice for:
- Security
- Fraud prevention
- Liquidity controls
- Operational safeguards
- AML obligations
3.7 Fees
A standard withdrawal processing fee of USD 5 (or equivalent) may apply per withdrawal request unless otherwise stated.
The withdrawal fee is not deducted from the withdrawal amount — the player must have sufficient balance to cover both the withdrawal amount and the fee.
For illustrative purposes only: to withdraw 50 USD, the player must have a minimum balance of 55 USD. The player receives 50 USD, and 5 USD is processed as the withdrawal fee.
Paradice may cover certain blockchain or network fees for selected Payment Methods, cryptocurrencies, or promotional conditions at its sole discretion unless otherwise stated.
Additional provider, banking, network, blockchain, intermediary, or payment rail fees may apply depending on selected Payment Method.
4. Security, Verification & Transaction Integrity
4.1 AML/KYC Verification
Prior to approving deposits or withdrawals, Paradice may require:
- Identity verification
- Proof of address
- Source of funds
- Source of wealth
- Payment ownership verification
- Transaction history
- Enhanced Due Diligence
Failure to complete requested verification may result in delayed, restricted, suspended, or canceled transactions.
4.2 Fraud, Abuse & Suspicious Activity
If Paradice suspects fraud, collusion, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions exposure, bonus abuse, chargeback abuse, or any breach of Company policy, deposits and withdrawals may be delayed, reversed, withheld, confiscated, or reported to relevant authorities.
4.3 Multiple Accounts
Deposits and withdrawals may be blocked where duplicate identities, multiple accounts, synthetic identities, registration abuse, or linked account structures are detected.
4.4 Chargebacks, Payment Reversals & Unauthorized Disputes
Any chargeback, payment reversal, unauthorized payment dispute, fraudulent banking dispute, or abuse of payment systems may result in:
- Immediate suspension
- Account termination
- Recovery procedures
- Forfeiture of winnings
- Regulatory reporting
- Civil or criminal action
5. Errors & Adjustments
If any deposit, withdrawal, fee, or balance adjustment is incorrectly processed due to system malfunction, provider error, technical failure, human error, miscalculation, or settlement error, Paradice reserves the right to reverse, cancel, correct, or adjust the affected transaction.
Any funds credited in error remain the exclusive property of Paradice until lawfully settled. You are required to immediately return any funds credited in error. Attempting to withdraw or use such funds constitutes a breach of the Paradice General Terms & Conditions.
6. Dormant, Inactive & High-Risk Accounts
6.1 Inactive Accounts
Accounts with no activity for an extended period may be classified as inactive or dormant. Such accounts may be subject to:
- Re-verification
- Withdrawal restrictions
- Administrative review
- Additional fees
6.2 Email Verification Requirement
Only Accounts registered with valid, permanent, privately-owned, non-disposable email addresses are eligible for unrestricted deposits and withdrawals.
Accounts created using disposable, temporary, public, or shared-domain email services—including but not limited to Mailinator, TempMail, Yopmail, 10MinuteMail, GuerrillaMail, and similar providers—are strictly prohibited.
Paradice reserves the right to suspend, limit, or close any account registered with such email services. Any bonuses, free spins, promotional credits, or associated winnings obtained through accounts using these domains may be voided.
6.3 High-Risk & High-Value Deposit Screening
All deposits, including cryptocurrency deposits where applicable, may be subject to automated and manual review, including:
- AML screening
- Blockchain analysis
- Fraud scoring
- Source-of-funds review
- Enhanced verification
Paradice reserves the right to delay, reject, reverse, or withhold high-risk, unusual, sanctioned, compromised, or suspicious deposits pending full compliance review.
7. Final Provisions
This Policy forms an inseparable part of the Paradice General Terms & Conditions.
Paradice reserves the right to amend, revise, suspend, or update this Policy at any time, including rules governing Payment Methods, limits, fees, processing times, supported currencies, or compliance obligations.
This Policy may be published, translated, or localized in multiple languages. In the event of any inconsistency, the English-language version shall prevail.
