Paradice Responsible Gambling Policy

Effective Date: 14 May 2026

Paradice.game is operated by Genesis Enterprise Ltd, registration number 15915, with registered address at PO Box 1212, Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and is licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, under License No. ALSI-202503002-FI1 (hereinafter “Paradice,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Responsible Gambling Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral and inseparable part of the Paradice General Terms & Conditions and applies to all users of Paradice.game and related Services.

Paradice is committed to promoting safe, controlled, and responsible gambling as a form of adult entertainment. While gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity, it may carry financial, emotional, or social risks for certain individuals. We encourage all players to make informed decisions, maintain control, and seek support where necessary.

Paradice supports player protection through education, prevention, self-management tools, intervention measures, and access to external support resources. However, gambling remains a personal choice, and players are ultimately responsible for managing their own gaming behavior.

1. Our Responsible Gambling Principles

Paradice’s Responsible Gambling framework is based on the following principles:

• Player Protection
• Prevention of Gambling Harm
• Underage Gambling Prevention
• Fairness & Transparency
• Self-Control Tools
• Early Risk Awareness
• Access to Professional Support

We aim to provide a secure environment that supports informed decision-making without encouraging harmful or irresponsible gambling behavior.

2. Gambling as Entertainment

Gambling should be treated strictly as entertainment, not as:

• A source of income
• A financial strategy
• A debt solution
• An escape from personal, emotional, or psychological difficulties

Players should:
• Only gamble with funds they can afford to lose
• Set personal spending limits
• Avoid chasing losses
• Do not gamble to recover prior losses.
• Never gamble while emotionally distressed
• Avoid gambling while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impaired judgment
• Take regular breaks

Winning is never guaranteed, and losses are a normal part of gambling activity.

3. Self-Assessment & Warning Signs

Problem gambling may develop when gambling ceases to be recreational. Warning signs may include:

• Gambling beyond affordable limits
• Chasing losses
• Borrowing money to gamble
• Gambling affecting work, relationships, or finances
• Hiding gambling behavior
• Failed attempts to reduce gambling
• Gambling as emotional escape
• Loss of time control
• Increasing stakes to maintain excitement
• Lying about gambling activity
• Damaged relationships or professional setbacks

If you identify these signs in yourself or someone close to you, we strongly encourage immediate use of control tools and external support resources.

If multiple indicators apply, professional support is strongly recommended.

To help maintain control:

  1. Decide on a fixed budget before you play.
  2. Never gamble under stress, fatigue, or the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  3. Take breaks and step away regularly.
  4. Avoid playing when feeling depressed or emotionally distressed.

4. Player Control Tools

Paradice may offer Responsible Gambling tools including:

• Deposit limits
• Loss limits
• Wager limits
• Reality checks
• Session time limits
• Session reminders
• Cooling-off periods
• Temporary time-outs
• Self-exclusion
• Account closure requests

Availability of specific tools may vary depending on jurisdiction, technical infrastructure, or account status.

4.1 Cooling-Off / Time-Out

Players may request temporary suspension of account access for defined periods, including but not limited to:

• 24 hours
• 7 days
• 30 days
• 6 months
• Other periods where operationally available

During an active cooling-off period, players may be restricted from:
• Depositing
• Wagering
• Promotions
• Certain account features

4.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe gambling may be harmful may request self-exclusion for extended or indefinite periods.

During self-exclusion:
• Account access may be suspended or restricted
• Deposits may be blocked
• Betting activity may be disabled
• Promotional communications may be suppressed where operationally possible
• Bonus eligibility may be revoked
• New account creation may violate Company policy
• Withdrawal access may remain subject to security, verification, and legal review.

Self-exclusion requests may require identity verification and may not be immediately reversible.

Paradice reserves the right to apply additional controls, suspension, or permanent closure where serious gambling harm indicators are identified.

Minimum self-exclusion periods, once activated, may not be revoked, reduced, or reversed until the selected exclusion period has fully expired, except where required by applicable law. Following expiration, any request for account reactivation may remain subject to cooling-off requirements, identity verification, Responsible Gambling review, and Company approval.

4.3 Account Reactivation After Self-Exclusion

Players seeking reactivation following a self-exclusion period may be required to complete cooling-off requirements, identity verification, Responsible Gambling review, or additional compliance procedures before account access is restored. Paradice reserves the right to deny reactivation where risk indicators remain present.

5. Company Intervention Rights

Where Paradice reasonably identifies signs of problematic gambling, financial harm, compulsive behavior, regulatory concern, or significant player risk, Paradice reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Apply account restrictions
• Request affordability assessments, source-of-funds information, or additional verification documentation
• Reduce account functionality
• Suspend promotional eligibility
• Encourage cooling-off or self-exclusion
• Temporarily suspend or permanently close Accounts

Paradice does not guarantee continuous monitoring or intervention and shall not be liable for player losses where Responsible Gambling tools are not used or are circumvented.

6. Underage Gambling Prevention

Paradice strictly prohibits gambling by persons under eighteen (18) years of age, or higher where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to:

• Verify age and identity
• Suspend Accounts pending verification
• Void winnings

• Report suspected violations where legally required

Parents and guardians are encouraged to:

• Keep login credentials secure
• Prevent unauthorized device access
• Use parental control software such as Net Nanny, CyberPatrol, GamBlock, BetFilter, or similar protective tools

Paradice may use verification technologies and third-party age-verification systems to support age checks, identity verification, account creation screening where applicable, underage gambling prevention, and compliance with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

7. Marketing & Promotional Restrictions

Where reasonably operationally possible, players subject to active self-exclusion, cooling-off periods, or other Responsible Gambling restrictions may be excluded from direct marketing communications, promotional offers, VIP programs, loyalty campaigns, and bonus eligibility for the duration of such restriction.

While Paradice takes reasonable operational measures, players acknowledge that technical delays or third-party systems may affect immediate suppression.

9. Account Circumvention & Limitation of Effectiveness

Any attempt to circumvent Responsible Gambling restrictions, self-exclusion measures, cooling-off controls, or account safety limitations through false registration details, duplicate accounts, alternative identities, VPNs, proxies, third-party credentials, payment substitution, or other technical or identity-evasion methods may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of promotional eligibility, compliance intervention, and additional protective or legal measures at Paradice’s discretion.

Where such circumvention occurs, Paradice may not always be able to prevent access and strongly recommends immediate professional external support.

10. Privacy, Monitoring & Behavioral Indicators

As described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, Paradice may use behavioral analysis, automated systems, transaction monitoring, geolocation systems, account reviews, and technical indicators to:

• Detect risk patterns

• Maintain compliance

Such measures may inform internal operational, compliance, or Responsible Gambling decisions, but do not constitute medical, psychiatric, therapeutic, or financial advice.

While Paradice provides Responsible Gambling tools and resources, each player remains solely responsible for their own gaming decisions, spending, and behavior.

Players are encouraged to:
• Monitor their own habits
• Seek support early
• Use available tools proactively
• Maintain realistic expectations
