Paradice reserves all rights to pursue civil and criminal remedies in cases of serious violations.

12. Errors, Malfunctions & Adjustments

If any wager, payout, or balance adjustment results from a technical error, software or hardware malfunction, misprint, system failure, or human mistake, Paradice reserves the right to void the affected wagers and/or re-settle them according to the correct terms and conditions. Any funds or winnings credited in error remain the exclusive property of Paradice and must be promptly returned upon request. Paradice further reserves the right to deduct, reverse, or adjust such erroneous credits directly from your Account balance at its sole discretion. Paradice shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from system malfunctions, errors, or interruptions, and users agree that any bets placed during such events may be voided.

All gaming products offered through the Services are deemed to be consumed instantly once purchased or wagered. Accordingly, completed wagers and bets cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded once placed, regardless of the outcome. Unclaimed balances from dormant Accounts may be handled, escheated, or otherwise treated in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

15. Fairness, RNG & Providers

Games are provided by reputable third-party studios and/or Paradice Originals. Random Number Generator (“RNG”) systems and provably fair mechanisms are used where applicable. Provider rules may apply in addition to these Terms.

16. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

Players may set personal limits on deposits, losses, session durations, or cooling-off periods, and may also request temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Paradice reserves the right to intervene, suspend, or restrict play where patterns of unsafe or harmful gambling behavior are detected. Additional tools and resources are available on the Responsible Gaming page. However, Paradice shall not be held liable in any circumstances where responsible gaming tools, limit settings, or self-exclusion functions fail to operate correctly due to technical error, malfunction, or system bug. Players remain solely responsible for their gambling activity and for utilizing external support resources where necessary.

Attempts to bypass Responsible Gambling protections may constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in account restriction, suspension, or permanent closure.
